Scope
This policy explains how Cendoran LLC handles information when you visit the ItBook5 company website, read our technical articles, or contact us. The Arovia app, accounts and purchase services are covered by a separate product privacy policy.
Website visits and analytics
Our company website serves static pages. It has no registration, payment or online submission forms. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides visit and performance analytics to help us understand page traffic, loading times and reliability. When delivering requests and protecting the site, Cloudflare may process network information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details. We do not collect audio, transcripts or translations through this website.
Cookies and browser storage
Our company pages do not set cookies. When you visit the main homepage, we use your browser’s language preferences to choose a supported language. If you select a language yourself, we save that choice in your browser’s localStorage and use it on later visits to the main homepage. Direct links to language pages keep their requested language. The saved preference stays on your device until you change it or clear this site’s browser data; we do not send it to a server or use it for tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage to collect usage metrics. Cloudflare may use necessary cookies for security checks, and our protected preview site uses sign-in cookies. These functions are separate from advertising tracking.
Search and external sites
Article search runs in your browser against a static index of titles. We do not maintain a separate database of search queries. Search words appear in the page URL, so the hosting service still receives that request when the page loads. If you follow a link to Arovia or another external website, its own privacy policy applies.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details, description and other information you provide. We use it to reply, provide support and follow up on your request. Please send only what is needed to resolve the issue, without passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Email and communications providers may process this information to deliver and store correspondence.
Use, retention and your choices
We do not sell personal information received through this website or use it for targeted advertising. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond, follow up and address necessary legal or security matters. Cloudflare and communications providers handle their records according to their service settings and policies. You can use the contact details on our support page to request access, correction or deletion. We will verify your request and handle it under applicable law. Records we must legally retain may not be deleted immediately.
Service providers and international processing
